Login to your control panel and click on the "Backups" link under the 'Files' subheading.
Select your backup option. "Full Backup" will back up your entire account including your e-mail settings, ftp settings, web site, and databases. It's recommended that you backup frequently and always before updating or making any major changes to the scripts/databases you have installed on your account, just in case there are any issues or unintended results.
